Large double in newly decorated house

I brought this house in November and looking for someone to help cover the bills as I hardly stay here. The house is fully furnished but I could remove the bits in the room for rent.

I stay away most weekends and only spend 2-3 nights per week in the house as my bf lives close by so I stay with him, meaning you’ll have the house to yourself most evenings and weekends. I am a designer and wfh x4 days a week, I have a desk in my room. So will be in the house 8-5 everyday and the occasional evening. Also my dog Billie will be with me, she’s a 1 year old show cocker spaniel, very well behaved and very cute. (I run the hoover around very often as I like things to be kept clean and tidy).

I am looking for a professional who will be out of the house during week days, must be clean and respectful.
