Single occupancy, no children, or pets.
No smoking or vaping.
Shared use of family bathroom and kitchen with one other person.
Contents of room include king sized bed, bedside tables, chair, wardrobe, shelves, mini fridge, microwave and kettle.
Two cats and a dog also live in the house so not suitable for those with animal allergies.
£600 per calendar month payable in advance, plus £600 deposit.
Also the option of Monday - Friday rental for £500 per month plus £500 deposit.
All bills included.
An enhanced DBS and reference are required due to the fact I'm a childminder as it is an Ofsted requirement.
DBS is a 'police check' it's very simple to obtain online, I'm happy to help you.
The children are in the house from 8.30 am until 4pm after that it's just me, the puppty and the cats. The puppy isn't allowed upstairs until I go to bed when he sleeps in my room.
