This room become available again, as the person who was going to take it, got relocated to Southampton.
South Newton Large Double room for single occupancy. 2 cats, 2 live in landlords and 1 more lodger. Non-smoking home. Parking is on the road or in the free carpark, just 2 streets away.
Fast, wireless broadband, electric cooker, 1 shelf in shared fridge and in the freezer.
Built in spacious wardrobe, lots of floor space, parking on the street, single bed, small desk (will be put in if required), chair, chest of drawers. You will be sharing an upstairs bathroom with 1 other lodger as we have our own. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, plates, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, grill, electric cooker, air fryer to share but you will be given your own cupboard space too. Big back garden with washing lines.
We are looking for absolute cat lover as we have 2 friendly cats & when we are away they will be looking out for your company to sit with you & would like to be fed and stroked. Both lodgers will be asked to always clean the toilet, bath & kitchen after use. Looking for lodgers who are happy to recycle & use our compost bin provided.
All bills included & dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid. You will have to buy your own toilet paper and food.
Poor TV signal upstairs. You need to use the internet for anything you wish to watch.
There is no shared living room, but there is a conservatory and big garden.
We are not able to take on extra pets. You will be also asked to speak quietly after 10pm if you are on the phone. We do not tolerate drug and alcohol abuse.
Rent is £560 / calendar month and £350 deposit paid upfront.
You will need to have your own transport, there are very few buses running in this area, there are no buses on Sundays. Closest shops are in Wilton, Salisbury and Amesbury.
References are required from work and previous landlord if you have rented before.
