Single room to let in quiet village location. Bus runs 9 to 5 service so car needed. Friendly household with cats and dog.
Looking for clean courteous lodger. Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Sky package and WiFi included in price. Reference and proof of earnings required. Minimum 6 months with two week cooling off period.
I have only just moved into this home so it's in the process of being decorated. I have few house rules however I do expect a certain aspect of respect towards my home and other lodgers. Smoking only allowed outside. Garden and parking. Room vacant due to lodger work contract come to end.
