Loving cats is essential with 2 friendly cats, 2 live in landlords & 1 more lodger. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets in this non-smoking home. Current lodger has been with us for 3 years.
There are no bus services on Sundays, most suitable for a car owner with a full time job.
£350 deposit to be paid upfront and 1 month rent £550.
(this works out £127/week).
Built in spacious wardrobe with shelves and plenty of hanging space. Parking on the street, normally there is space directly front of the house, but there is a free car park with off road parking too for off road parking just 2 minutes walk away.
You will be sharing an upstairs bathroom with 1 other lodger as we have our own. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, plates, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cooker to share but you will be given your own cupboard space too. We are looking for absolute cat lover as we have 2 friendly cats & when we are away they will be looking out for your company to sit with you & would like to be fed and stroked. Both lodgers will be asked to always clean the toilet, bath & kitchen after use. Looking for lodgers who are happy to recycle & use our compost bin provided.
All bills included & dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid. You will have to buy your own toilet paper and food.
(Wireless broadband, electric cooker, dishwasher, big back garden with washing lines, 1 shelf in shared fridge and freezer). There is no shared living room, but there is a conservatory and big garden, kitchen with breakfast island.
Sorry we are not able to take on extra pets. You will be asked to speak quietly after 10pm if you are on the phone, use of washing machine needs to be between 6am to 10pm. We do not tolerate drug and alcohol abuse.

References from work and previous landlord is required.
You will need to have your own car, or bicycle as there are very few buses running in this area, closest shops are in Wilton, Salisbury and Amesbury.
