Single room for single occupancy will be available at £475/month.
Double room will be available for 1 person soon for £495.
Ideally you will own a car or at least a bicycle, as there are no buses to South Newton on Sundays or bank holidays, you would have to walk to Wilton, 45 minutes and take a bus from there.
Parking on the street, or there is a free car park with off road parking, 2 minute walk. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, plates, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cooker to share but you will be given your own cupboard space too. We are looking for a cat lover as we have a friendly cat.
Wireless broadband, electric cooker, dishwasher, big back garden with washing lines, 1 shelf in shared fridge and freezer. There is no shared living room, but there is a conservatory and big garden, kitchen with Breakfast Island.
Sorry we are not able to take on extra pets.
Built in spacious wardrobe.
References from work and previous landlord is required.

Current lodger works in a care home, the landlords are two maths teachers.
