Room to let for 1 person 5 miles out of Salisbury

Double room for single occupancy. Parking on the street, or there is a free car park with off road parking, 2 minute walk. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, plates, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cooker to share but you will be given your own cupboard space too. We are looking for a cat lover as we have a friendly cat.
Wireless broadband, electric cooker, dishwasher, big back garden with washing lines, 1 shelf in shared fridge and freezer. There is no shared living room, but there is a conservatory and big garden, kitchen with Breakfast Island.
Sorry we are not able to take on extra pets.
Built in spacious wardrobe.
References from work and previous landlord is required.
You will need to have your own car as there are no buses to South Newton on Sundays and the closest shops are in Wilton, Salisbury or Amesbury.
Current lodger works in a supermarket, the landlords are two maths teachers.
