Bright large Double room

Hi, i have a double room in my home , There is parking, gardens front and back with open fields behind. Broadband, washing machine, log fires, shared kitchen. Pets welcome. I have a dog and cats. There is a safe place to keep cycles or a motorbike.. Please leave a detailed message not just is this available and then not reply once i have responded. I have recently recieve several phone calls from people with no ad on here, i dont kow anything about these people so im sorry i will not respond to messages etc without knowing your detials etc. i even had someone turn up at my door with no previous contact., please do not do that , Adding to that i am fed up with time wasters, im not sure why people do it but its downright rude., i am starting to get a feel for them now. I also feel there is a need to meet in person and i dont do virtual viewings I now have to add, please no smokers!!! Not even out of the house, i have come home again to the smell of cannbis in thehouse, That along with fag smoke is something i dont want to smell in the house Plese be in full time employment and its not suitable for night shifts here Please be prepared to have room checks as the last tenats have let the room become disgusting, all i ask is respect for my property and myself ,Thankyou.
