Studio Room Within Pretty Cotswold Period Cottage

I have a large, spacious and attractive double room (over 200 square feet) with ensuite and kitchenette area providing a sink and drainer, 2-ring hob, small oven, microwave, kettle and fridge. The room looks out onto the back garden (which is my pride and joy!) and is quiet and self-contained. Furnished to suit.

The house is in a small Cotswold village just off the M4 Jct 17, less than 10 minutes from Chippenham (rail station) and Malmesbury, and just 4 minutes' drive to the Dyson site at Hullavington Airfield. Bath, Bristol Cirencester and Swindon are all within easy distance. The village has access to local shops including a Budgen and Costa at the petrol station on main road to Malmesbury, a WH Smith and M&S at Leigh Delamare Services accessed through back roads, Waitrose and Co-Op in Malmesbury and Morrisons, Sainsburys, Aldi, Lidl and Tesco in Chippenham. . Many pubs in adjacent villages of Grittleton, Hullavington and Corston. Stanton Manor Hotel 3 minutes walk through the village with bar and restaurant (lovely, but expensive!) there are many walks around the village, used by locals including Stanton Woods and footpaths around farmland.

The room is on the first floor and would suit a friendly professional who wants space and comfort, or a student requiring a quiet place to study. As I am out at work during term time, I am not looking for someone who is going to work from 'home', although in the current climate I appreciate there may need to be some flexibility with this. However, there would need to be rent adjustment for someone working 'from home' daily.
I teach full time during term time and also privately teach the piano and some English coaching at home evenings and weekends.
There is a lovely back garden with sitting areas. Shared laundry facilities. Resident elderly cat. Private driveway with parking.
