I live in a large five bedroom house in Staverton. I have one female professional lodger currently living with me.
I am now looking for a second lodger. There are two bedroom options available of similar single-bed size.
There is a well organised communal kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living room.
You will also have personal kitchen storage and fridge/freezer facilities.
The living room is split into two smaller areas each with own TV including Sky Sports.
You will also have access to garden space, greenhouse, night lit patio and washing lines.
Outside there is a covered area to lock and store bicycles etc. There is also a shared and equipped fitness room in the garage. There is a shared driveway that holds four cars.
Good broadband is available throughout the property.
Staverton to Trowbridge railway station and town centre is a 25 minute steady walk or a ten minute cycle ride along a traffic free route.
The lodger I am looking forward will be tidy and well organised, and will appreciate, use and respect the communal rooms and facilities. They will also be both respectful and politely sociable to fellow lodgers.
