The property is licenced as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) by Swindon District Council, who regularly inspect it to ensure it meets their stringent living and management standards.

THE ROOM (see pictures for details)

ROOM 6 is currently available. It's the largest room in the house with the largest en-suite. A bright, spacious double en-suite room, on the first floor of the property overlooking the garden at the rear.

All our rooms are fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk/chair/superfast wi-fi for productive home working. All rooms also have hard-wired Ethernet, USB charger points and TV sockets.
