Hi, I am the landlady and I live at the address. I rent out rooms to up to 3 lodgers. Shared bathroom and facilities downstairs, parking, access to a lock up, lovely communal areas, garden and decking area for socialising. Use of washing machine, dishwasher etc. everyone pitches in with chores, cutting grass, putting bins out etc. you are expected to help out.

We are a sociable bunch, we cook for each other and spend time chatting in the kitchen. You’d be welcome to join the cooking rota and enjoy sharing wonderful food with us.

The property is 2 mins drive from the J A419 and A420, 5 mins from J15 M4, 10 mins from Swindon railway station.

Great location for commuting, access to town centre and shopping.

Non smokers only, must be in full time paid employment and like dogs.
