Double room, detached house

Both rooms have double beds, dressers and built in wardrobe. The larger room has more wardrobes for those with more stuff. There is a shared kitchen and breakfast area which is also used as the living area. The garden is south facing and also shared. There is off road parking for 3 cars. This is a quiet area within 5 minute drive to town centre and hospital. Tenants are all here on a trust basis hence no locks. Visitors welcome in the shared areas.
