There is plenty of secure off street parking for cars/bikes/bicycles and a large outdoor decking area with garden furniture.

The house is walking distance to Swindon train station, town centre, gym & local amenities. e. g. Bus stop is 2 minute walk away. Co-op is a 3 minute walk away.

Previous tenants have been very happy with the place and stayed for over a year. It's a quiet area and peaceful household, looking for respectful housemates.
