Located a 5 minute walk from Swindon outlet, 1.2 miles from Swindon station and a 7 min drive to the M4, this flat is perfected situated for a part time (preferable) or full time lodger.

I am looking for a female, professional who is looking . The room is a spacious, ready-furnished double room. The main bathroom will be pretty much all yours as I, the live in landlord, have an ensuite.

There is on the road parking outside, but it is at the end of the road so very safe, and you may use my space if and when I’m away.

Gas, electricity and Broadband bills included. I will be here most evenings and sometimes work from home. I enjoy chilling in front of the tv and unwinding in an evening.
