Bedsit style room with own kitchen & ensuite

This is a really lovely modern room which is fully self-contained with its own fitted kitchen and en-suite. The kitchen and en-suite are only 18 mths old and very modern and contemporary.

The main bedroom area has plush, deep carpets and a 43 inch wall-mounted smart TV. It comes furnished with a “small double” bed (4 ft wide) and bedside table. The previous occupier decided to swap the bed for her own sofa bed instead, which also works very well if you wanted to do that.

There's also a walk-in wardrobe which has hanging space, shelves, a set of drawers and loads of floor storage space.

The en-suite has an electric shower (so you'll always have hot water); other features are a heated towel rad and mirrored wall cabinet with sensor light switch.

The kitchen has a double sink, fridge, 4-burner hob, full size oven/grill and microwave. This is a "proper" kitchen (not just kitchenette), with plenty of storage cupboards and worktops, as well as a little breakfast bar with two stools. B All the basics are provided (plates, cutlery, mugs etc) as well as kettle and toaster.

The entry to the room is really private. The room is ground floor and you enter just off the front door. All the rest of the house is upstairs, so you can live as separately as you want and it's easy for you to come and go.

Upstairs is shared by myself and my flatmate who are both professionals. We're both quiet people and very easy-going and friendly.

The house is located just a couple minutes walk from Redhouse Village Centre, where there's a Tesco Express and a bus stop to the town centre. The Orbital shopping centre is also just 5 minutes drive or an easy 20 min walk. I love living here, it's a great area if you like jogging or cycling with lots of footpaths and parks.

The price includes all household bills and broadband (except landline). I'm only looking for a single occupant (not couples) and strictly a non-smoker please.
