Being over three floors it never feels busy. There is a communal living/dining room with 32" TV as well as a separate laundry room. There are 2 fridges and 2. freezers, a washing machine and a tumble dryer too.

It is located in a quiet - no through road, adjacent to the Outlet Village and within walking distance from the town centre and railway station. The M4 is a short drive away.

There is parking and a driveway (if available). You can also use the garage for storage if you need to.

The current tenants are very house proud and this is a common trait throughout for those who have stayed in the house. They have been here long term (5 years), and often comment on how nice it is to live here.
