I currently have a room available in my three-bedroom house located in Toothill. The house is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac street with the option to park on the driveway.
The house is also a couple of minutes' drive to the M4, cinema, outlet village, pizza hut, Asda and The Link plus many more...
Living Room - 50-inch 4k TV with Virgin Media TV, Virgin Media broadband 500mb,
Kitchen - Fridge/Freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space and utensils. New additions - Nutri bullet and three tier steamer and a Nespresso coffee machine
Dining room - Large Maple wood six-seater table and chairs. I also have additional cutlery and plates to accommodate for dinner nights.
Bathroom - Bath, electric shower, sink, toilet, mirror
Bedroom available - Double bed, 1000 pocket sprung mattress, bedside drawers, wardrobe and standing mirror. If you would like any additional furniture, we can discuss this on viewing.
Garden - The garden is a pretty good size. Plenty of decking, Garden furniture and a large area of grass to enjoy the sunshine.
Additional information -
The house also comes with two cats. A cat flap has been installed. Both cats are very friendly and very well house trained

I am a friendly, professional landlord. I spend most of weekends out of the house. I do love a good Netflix binge! Massive foodie so please be free to pass on your cooking skills!
Mon-Fri i will leave the house about 07:00 and won't return till about 18:00
