Room To Rent In Two Bed Flat

Hello, I've bought a flat in Old Town, Swindon and am renting out the spare bedroom (double bedroom, fully furnished with TV). You'll have the bathroom to yourself. The flat has a shared kitchen (all utnesils provided included washing machiene), living room with TV (currently decorating hence the random colour test stripes on the wall) and a balcony (smoking allowed on here). All bills are included with Wifi. There is free parking and a bike shed with key code. The room is avaliable immediately and suitable for a single professional who is quiet, friendly and considerate, preferably in their 20's to mid 30's. Nobody who likes to party alot. My girlfriend is here with me so must be LGBT friendly. No pets or children. I'd like to have anyone who is interested over to view and get to know a bit first to make sure everyone will be happy and comfortable living here before commiting. Initial 6 month contract and then a month by month rolling contract. Deposit is £400 but negotiable for the right person. Theres a shop just round the corner with bus stop just over the road.
