Great double room with en-suite in Old Town

Hi,

I am leaving Swindon so unfortunately have to leave this great room/house for new adventures...

The room available is quite big and has an en-suite bathroom. It is furnished (king-size bed, chest of drawers, etc.) and also has a built-in dressing.

The living room and kitchen are shared with my lovely housemates. There is a garden at the back of the house (with a bbq grill).

The area (Okus) is residential and quiet and Old Town is only a 15 min walk away.

Free parking available on street (no permit required).

Rent is £460 including bills (as well as house cleaning twice a month!).

Available 4 October (+/- a few days if needed).
