The People: 2x 30-40 male & female non smoking working professionals, one of which is me... the owner. Vaping & Smoking restricted to outside rear garden. This room has become available due to work relocation purposes.

The landlord: I have 15+ years experience of hosting lodgers in this house and I have 5+ years experience of being a lodger myself during my student years and I understand what works and does not work in a shared house. I operate a policy of transparency when seeking a lodger to ensure this house share is suitable for all parties.

Work From Home: Anything over 1 day a week, the monthly rent will be subject to an increase of 3.75% each day spent working from home (maximum 4 days) & agreed at point of application (e. g work / study from home 3 days a week = rent + 3 days x 3.75%)
