Lovely rooms available to rent inclusive of bills with high speed broadband and cleaner.

Located very close to Swindon bus and train station (5 min walk) in a local bustling area within close proximity to large Tesco/ Aldi town centre and local amenities all within walking distance.

Wash facilities available in every room but not en-suite. Kitchen is shared and big enough for all tenants.

The rooms are single occupancy so please don’t contact me if you need to house your family/ partner. I’m afraid these rooms although large and double are only for 1 person.

The room has recently been refurbished.. It is fully furnished so you only need to bring your bedding and personal effects.

There is a garden and outside area with drying facilities as well as place to secure bikes. Parking is on street and you would require a permit from the council.
