Bright double room with own bathroom in Old Town

I'm looking for a new Monday to Friday lodger NOT a permanent 7 day a week house share.
Great room, private bathroom and lots of personal space.
You have most of the first floor and I live on the top floor.
We share a large lounge, fully fitted kitchen, dining room and conservatory. Any smoking must be outside in the rear garden.
I have Airbnb guests, so the space is to a high level - full broadband and TV and kettle in room.
A large shelf in cupboard and space in fridge and freezer.
Once a week clean and fresh linen.
All bills included for normal usage.
Old Town Swindon, free street parking not residents scheme.

I'm bright, chatty and well travelled, basically very easy going with people. The area is walking distance to many bars and restaurants, there are several parks and the Marlborough Downs are 2 miles away. 20 minute walk or bus to the station.

will consider couples on meeting you, but would mean a £50 surcharge. Note there is only a small wardrobe not lots of space for two.
