There is 1 furnished single room and 2 large furnished double rooms to rent in a refurbished house near all amenities with safe, friendly atmosphere.

Double room #1 is fully furnished with double bed and wardrobe with mirror and working table with drawers. This room is available to rent for £650. 00 per month inclusive of all utility bills.

Double room #2 is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe with mirrors. This room is available to rent for £600. 00 per calendar month inclusive of all utility bills.

A decent size Single room is available from now for £500 per calendar month. Singe Bed, Wardrobe and all bills.

The house has one bathroom and toilet on the first floor and a shower and toilet downstairs. There is modern living/dining room and new Kitchen. The house is located between the Swindon Town center and Old Town with easy access to buses/train, shopping center and other recreations.

The rent includes Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water and Broadband Internet. There are two parking spaces available in the house; one inside garage and one outside garage, however residents parking are available through council.
