This house is a beautiful Victorian property, with lovely original features and the typically larger room sizes that you'll find in properties of this era with spacious high ceilings throughout.

The house is set in a wonderful location near the bottom of Eastcott Hill - making the Regent Circus development within a 1 minute walk, putting great restaurants and bars within easy access! In addition to this you're also near all of the great shops, restaurants and facilities that the Town Centre and Old Town have to offer!

Each bedroom is fully furnished with new furniture throughout including an ottoman bed, high quality mattress, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table. This provides plenty of storage to make sure you can feel right at home!

Every one of our houses boasts high speed fibre internet (350mbps) provide by Virgin Business - this is provided complimentarily along with a cleaner every fortnight to ensure the communal spaces of the house are kept in tip-top condition!

The house also boasts a lovely kitchen, where you can cook up some tasty meals - including a large range hob and double oven. There are two shared bathrooms and an additional separate toilet as well, the bathrooms have recently been refurbished.
