All our houses are Covid-19 secure. The welfare of our tenants is of paramount importance to us and we have implemented new procedures to ensure all our houses stay infection free. We have no cases of any illness in any of our properties so you can be sure you are moving to a safe and healthy environment when you move in. Check in and check out are being done remotely so all paperwork will be signed prior to your move-in. We are available by phone/text/email to all our tenants as usual.

Two double rooms available, one en-suite and one shared bathroom in a small house share of only 5 people. Friendly, harmonious house of professional people. Parking available via a residents parking permit. Communal lounge and dining room.

Stafford Street is perfectly placed in Old Town and within easy walking distance to both the centre of old town and only a short walk from Regent Circus.

With New Town so close you have the access to the local bus and train station should you wish to either commute out of town or want to live in the centre and use the superb local transport network to access any part of the Swindon area.

If you work locally in either the town centre or Old Town such as Nationwide or Intel then a very short walk will get you to where you need to be.

All bills included plus super-fast broadband. Please leave a mobile number if you require a quick response and want to view the room.

Minimum term 3 months, no couples (our licence won't allow it) and full references required.

Our properties are maintained to a very high standard and any issues or problems are quickly resolved or fixed.
