I'm a 31 year old friendly and easy-going professional from London (where I spend most of my time), and existing female resident is a friendly 35yo full-time professional. We both keep the place clean and tidy and expect the same respectfulness of a new resident.

Contract terms: following the agreed initial term the contract will roll on a month-by-month basis with a one month notice period.

A female lodger is preferred for the room for the comfort of the existing female lodger, or otherwise man deemed of good character. Strictly no smokers, no exceptions.
