Furnished double room available in modern property in Taw Hill, North Swindon. Room fully furnished, use of all facilities, wifi etc. Looking for a professional person, non smoker (or to smoke outside).
Owner - professional female, 46, plus part time son of 14, and a silly small dog. Clean and comfortable home, relaxed atmosphere.
References not always required if proof of employment seen. Sorry, no DSS or couples.
Experienced landlord, have taken lodgers for a number of years and all successful.
Room has new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, Wifi and use of bathroom ( can be sole use if negotiated). House has usual mod cons, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, sky tv.
Room would suit Monday to Friday let or 7 nights a week.
Room available next week after Easter but could be available now if urgent.
