The house is walking distance to both the town centre and Gorse Hill - both can be reached in about ten minutes on foot.

Locally there is a good selection of convenience stores, pubs and takeaway shops, as well as some of the best tennis courts in Swindon.

There is on street parking available with no residents parking permits required.

The room that will are available is a double room with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, bedside tables and a double bed. It comes with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep, bed linen as shown in the photos is also available. The room also has a TV aerial socket connected to the digital aerial, along with a smart TV.
