We have a furnished double room available in the Swindon Town centre on Commercial Road. There is a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

The property is shared with 3 single working males. The property has with a new large kitchen and bathroom (separate WC and separate shower room). There is a large dining table - suitable if you need to work from home. The property has a washing machine and dryer.

The room has a double bed, cupboard and bed side table.

We are looking for a quiet individual to take this room. Not suitable for couples.

All bills are included (council tax, electricity, water, internet).

There is a bus stop 30 seconds walk served by the routes: 1, 1a, 5,10, 19 and 151. A bus comes on average every 3 minutes.

The property is close to town centre so lots of grocery shopping options.

The property does not come with parking.

We are looking for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months deposit.

Periodic checks i. e. once every 3 months to ensure the property is being kept in a good condition.

We will require IDs, a copy of your employment contract, 3 months payslips, reference from the previous landlord, and reference from your employer. Please ensure you can provide all of these items.
