This Stunning split apartment is unique, one side of the stairs you have the spacious bedroom area, complete with large double bed, mattress, 32” Smart TV and desk. The room has plenty of light in the day and is a cosy bedroom when the blind is drawn. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only.
The wardrobe and largest chest of drawers is positioned at the right of the room at the top of the stairs.

The other side of the stairs is the lounge & kitchen. There is a blue 2-seater sofa and coffee table with 32” Smart TV located in front. There is also a small dining table perfect to eat at. The kitchen runs across the back of the lounge, offering plenty of storage. The kitchen has sink, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini fridge/freezer & washer dryer. There is no oven or hob in the room, however you are welcome to get an air fryer or combination oven microwave if you require.

The Property:
This house has 6 rooms, 3 of the rooms are all studios with their own kitchenettes. These kitchenettes include built in microwave, mini fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cupboards and storage sink and washer-dryer.

Communal Areas:
The house has a nice sized communal space with dining table perfect for eating at or just a break from your room. There is a 32" smart tv in place.

The communal area has a back door leading out to the path and then into the astro-turf garden.

The communal and kitchen are both finished with grey flooring, making it not only look sleek but easy to keep clean.

The communal has a great amount of storage. There is a grey modern kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster x2, sink. There are also x2 full height fridge/freezers. There is plenty fo space considering the kitchenette rooms don’t require as much/if any room in the main communal.
