Room to rent, Tadpole Garden Village (N. Swindon)

I have a furnished double bedroom to rent in Tadpole Garden Village (North Swindon) which will become in September

In addition to your own room you will have primary use of the family bathroom which contains both bath and shower.

You will have shared access to the rest of the house (living room, kitchen, garden), and dedicated parking outside the front door. The garden was renovated last year and makes a tranquil spot to unwind at the end of the day (when the weather is nice).

I have a friendly dog, but as she is a rescue I cannot accept anyone who has pets (unless it is fish... I think we would be okay with a fish tank).

I work from home most of the time with a lot of meetings so this will not be suitable for someone who has the same working pattern, or someone who works the night shift.

I would consider negotiating on the price/inclusions if you are looking for a Monday-Friday, or other part time arrangement.
