I have a small double room just off of Okus road in Old Town Swindon available to rent, The room is currently furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers but these can be removed if you have your own furniture.
Rent is £550 month incl all bills (sky tv, wifi, council tax etc).
I have a dog, Stanley, who will stay a couple of nights a week and he’ll be with my parents the rest of the time, so liking dogs is a must!
The room is available April, but I can be flexible with dates.
The flat doesn’t have allocated parking but I always find a space for my car out the front, so you shouldn’t have any issues either.
Unfortunately no pets or smokers please.
