There is an induction hob, built-in double oven with combi oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A cleaner visits fortnightly. Virgin Media M125 fibre-broadband is included as well as council tax, but gas/electric bills are additional and shared.
Outside there is a large garden, garage space for bicycles and on-street parking is available.
I am in my late 50s with two grown-up children who work in London and Edinburgh. I am frequently away, working in Bath and Bristol. I enjoy many outdoor activities from running and swimming to hiking and gardening.
