Fully furnished large double ensuite available immediately. It has double bed, double wardrobes, a desk and chair. All bills are included, there is free roadside parking. There is high speed WiFi available too.
Bedding, pillows and a duvet are provided but if you wish to use your own that’s fine too. A cleaner will visit every two weeks to clean the bathroom and bedroom, she will also change bedding. Everything that one would need in a kitchen is available ie:
Washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
The local shops are walking distance and is on route for bus number 22.
Town centre and train station are both walking distance.
The Town Gardens is walking distance, there is usually live entertainment during the summer months. It’s lovely to visit for a walk or enjoy cup of tea or coffee at the cafe there.
This is my family home, I live with my daughter and son in law and we also have a cat and a dog they aren’t allowed in the bedroom. They are both friendly.
Kitchen is shared, living room use is not permitted.
