For those not interested in co-living in a HMO, I am a private live-in landlord who is keen to find a clean and tidy professional who is happy to share and care for my home and my two independent cats, as I am often away.

The bathroom is adjacent and a small office is available for occasional use. The ground floor has two connecting reception rooms with open fire and wood burning stove, a breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen. There is an induction hob, built-in double oven with combi oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A cleaner visits fortnightly. Virgin Media M125 fibre-broadband is included, but gas/electric bills are additional and shared.
Outside there is a large garden, garage space for bicycles and on-street parking is available.
You will be sharing the house with myself, when I am occasionally there, and a professional 26 year-old male lodger who rents the loft suite with its own bedroom, en-suite bathroom and snug lounge/office. I am an active empty nester in my late 50s. One of my two grown up children lives in Edinburgh and the other is travelling in Australia. I am frequently away, working in Bath and Bristol. I enjoy many outdoor activities from running and swimming to hiking and gardening.
