2 bed house looking for a room mate

looking for someone to fill the second room in the house I'm renting solo.

It's a 2 bedroom house that's a short walk from the bus/train station, a tesco extra, takeaways, and a direct A road route to the M4 and A419 with street parking.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and the one up for rent is the west facing one with a big window. the room was decorated by the landlord right before i moved in and i have moved in a double bed, a desk, a dresser, and two bedside tables.

downstairs are two reception rooms that i've added sofas, TVs and a few consoles. The front room i use as an impromptu guest room for when mates sleep over since it has a big L shaped sofa.

The kitchen is fairly well equipped with gas hobs and a twin oven/grill setup, ninja foodi air fryer, george foreman style electric grill, a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer (that i occasionally run overnight).

just past the kitchen is a small utility that houses the washing machine and past that is the bathroom which is equipped with an electric shower and a heated towel rack.

the back garden is all wooden decking with a small coal bbq and a large table with 4 chairs. the garden leads on to the garage that houses my project car and a workshop inside that i tinker in.

I myself am a super friendly, amicable, and professional guy. i'm into lifting at the gym, occasionally riding my bmx, messing around with classic cars, dabbling in some cooking, DIY, PC gaming, and anything mechanical engineering related.

the only limiting factors i have are no pets due to pretty bad allergies, and any application would need to be referenced by my landlord.
