A double furnished room in a 4 bed detached house in Blunsdon St Andrew available for £600 per month. I am a live in Landlord that works mostly from home, in my home office, so looking for someone who is respectful of that. There is a private bathroom next to the bedroom, and the house has a large kitchen with all appliances, living room with TV with the normal channels, and some streaming channels. In the garden there is an enclosed hot tub, that seats up to six people. There is plenty of parking. All bills included including wifi. A cleaner comes weekly to clean and hoover.
