I pay for electricity first 50 pounds but than rest of the bill will be shared between room mates. Water and Wifi are included.
Has some furniture in the garage , but you are welcome to put your own or what you want.
I also would be happy to rent it as all apartment rather than rooms.
Than I would be happy to do it for 1100 plus you pay bills . Electricity for all apartment usually 150 a month, but it depends on how much do you use. Water 50 and counsil tax 150. Bills are on my name, no need to set up.
