The property is a licensed HMO so meets all standards. Local live-out landlord takes pride in the home, it’s my only rental property. I’m easy to reach if needed.

The current household is all male, mature, and professional, hence the 30+ age recommendation.

I believe on of the existing house mates is a smoker however there is No smoking in the house or on the balcony.
