The Studio itself is beautiful. The room has plenty of light in the day and is a cosy bedroom when the bespoke black out blind is drawn. There is a large, upholstered midnight navy double bed with bedside table and designed caged industrial bedside lamp. The room will come with the bed and mattress however bedding is not provided. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only.
LOUNGE:
As the largest studio in the house, the apartment is complete with a huge, upholstered navy sofa and 2 coffee tables. Along with this you have a high seating bench perfect for eating meals.

WORKSTATION AREA:
There is an industrial style desk. The desk is a great size and comes with a wooden comfortable chair. The 32” SMART TV is positioned at the end of the bed. There is an ethernet point directly behind it, perfect if needed to connect via cable to your laptop.

WOW, the en-suite must be the best part. This floor to ceiling marble tiled bathroom is one of a kind. There is a built-in mirror with gloss grey vanity units, perfect for storage. The shower has sliding doors with great pressure rainfall shower head and detachable hose.

STORAGE:
This room offers a huge amount of storage with a bespoke walk-in wardrobe. The wardrobe has compartment shelves along with 2 hanging rails and a dressing mirror with stool. There is sockets inside so it’s the perfect place for getting ready. There is also a large amount of space perfect for suitcases at the top of the wardrobe. There is an additional set of drawers in this studio also.

KITCHENETTE:
The apartment is entirely self-contained with a complete kitchen. There is oven & 4 burner electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, mini fridge/freezer, washer/dryer cupboards, storage & sink.
The kitchen matches perfectly with the house décor, in a gorgeous light grey colour with a grey tiled splashback perfect for cleaning.

The Property:
The house has a boho chic Luxury feel to it with stunning finishes throughout.

This house has 6 rooms, Room 3, Room 5 & Room 6 are all studios with their own kitchenettes. Kitchenette rooms all have their own oven so are completely self-contained. These kitchenettes include built in microwave, mini fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cupboards and storage sink and washer-dryer.
As you are the first tenants to move into the property - Kitchenette rooms come with oven tray, oven utensils, cups, mugs, cutlery, plates & bowls. This is also provided in the main communal kitchen.

Communal Areas:
The house has amazing, shared facilities, The communal area has a bespoke upholstered seating bench in a stunning midnight navy. There is then a cut to size dining table in industrial wood. This area is perfect for eating meals and unwinding or can be used for work. There is a 32" Smart Tv also.

The communal; area has a back door leading out to the paved path and then steps into the garden.

The communal and kitchen are both finished with white marble flooring, making it not only look sleek but easy to keep clean.

There is a separate utility room located after the communal and before the kitchen. which has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, along with cupboards storage and sink perfect for storing all laundry products, out the way of the kitchen and your room. This is only shared between the rooms which don’t have their own, room 1, 2 & 4.

The communal then links onto the shared kitchen. This has HUUUGE amounts of storage. There is a lush grey sleek wrap around kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster x2, sink. The kitchen back wall has tall larder units where we have one side full height fridge, one side full height freezer.
