We are two male professionals, aged 25-30, seeking a clean, respectful, and friendly individual to share our home. We're all laid-back but value cleanliness and mutual respect in our shared living space.

We rent this spacious house from the landlord and are looking for a third roommate to join us.

The room itself is quite spacious at 3.5 x 3.5 sq. meters and comes unfurnished, allowing you to personalize it as you wish. The house is very roomy, with an empty garage for additional storage if needed. We have high-speed internet (1 GB up and 1 GB down), making it ideal for work or streaming.

You will share the main bathroom with only one person, as the other roommate has an en-suite. Additionally, we have an extra toilet, making it very convenient for everyone.

Parking is never an issue with 3 spots available which are already shared amongst us. Plus, the location is superb. We’re just a 5-minute walk to Swindon Orbital Centre, ASDA Groceries, and Everlast Gym.

Public transport is easily accessible with bus stops at Orbital and Heaton Close.

The landlord maybe open to pets. The rent covers everything: Council Tax, Water Bill, Electricity, Gas, Internet, and Home Insurance.

The house is available immediately, and we're open to 6-12 month contracts.
