Double room for rent in a quiet residential area

Double room would be available from the beginning of October, move in dates can be discussed. Not suitable for fully home-based professionals. Room can be furnished or unfurnished (please note: I am replacing furniture in the next coupe of weeks so it would be different from what is on the image). I am a working professional and would be working away a few days a week. I also have a friendly cat who loves a cuddle. There is a big garden and your room would be overseeing a park. Parking on the drive. I also have a garage so you can store a couple of items in there if needs be.
