Any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently as we are builders and use our own team. Our housemates are long term having been with us for over 10 years therefore a room in this well presented 4 bed house is very rare.

The property is located in Liden and is very close to the A419 and M4 motorway as well as a few minutes’ drive to:

There is a comfy double bed with a cut out base for extra storage. Built in cupboards as well as a standalone storage unit and there is a lovely bright en suite with a window!! The shower cubicle is fitted with a Mira electric shower.

We have recently fitted a new kitchen that has been designed to comfortably accommodate 4 house mates. There is plenty of storage space and space to cook to your hearts content.

Housemates tend to work shifts therefore it’s very rare you will be in the kitchen at the same time.

This house would suit a mature quiet professional, non-smoker. I’m afraid this house is just not suitable if you like to party or for children or pets.
