Our housemates are long term having been with us for over 10 years therefore a room in this well presented 4 bed house is very rare.
The property is located in Liden and is very close to the A419 and M4 motorway as well as a few minutes’ drive to:
• Great Western Hospital. (or 10 min walk)
• B&Q/ DHL distribution depots
• Royal Mail Depot (across the road)
• South Marston industrial estate
• Amazon Depot
• Greenbridge shopping/cinema complex
• McDonalds
• Morrisons
Property is currently occupied by 3 very quiet long term professional’s x 1 female and 2 males. (age range between 35-65) They are so quiet you will hardly know they share the house with you!
