EVERY ROOM HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED WORK STATION : all rooms come with a great sized and spacious desk with comfortable desk chair so that no matter if you Soley work from home, hybrid or just like to sit and relax whilst watching your laptop you have the perfect place to do so. STUDIO 1 – this is the largest space of the house and is the first door on the right of the ground floor as you enter. This is a fully self-contained studio so no need to use the communal spaces, with separate Bedroom and living space, and 32”” smart TV for both! The Kitchenette is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, oven 4 burner hob, toaster, kettle microwave, fridge/freezer and washer dryer, not to mention all the kitchen storage space. This could be Single occupancy or available for COUPLES only.

ROOM 2 – Located on the ground floor on the separate wing of the house, This is a large double room with extremely high ceilings to help give an airy feel, as well as having work desk, extra drawers, 2 storage bedside tables, 32” smart TV and Ensuite. This would be Single occupancy only.

ROOM 3 – This is located on the Ground floor also on the separate wing of the house, with ultra-high Ceilings again for that airy feel, 32” smart TV, desk, Dressing table, Ensuite and Double bed, this would be the Perfect room if you do prefer a quieter environment as you are so far off tot eh side of the house. This would be Single occupancy only.

STUDIO 4 – This Studio is located on the ground floor at the end of the wing corridor, This studio is spacious, with Kitchenette consisting of integrated Washer/dryer, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and loads of Kitchen space! This Studio comes equipped with 32” Smart TV and a gorgeous view of Swindon as well as large Ensuite. This would be single occupancy only.

ROOM 5 – This room is located on the first floor of the house and is located on the right as soon as you walk up the staircase. This room comes furnished with 32” smart TV, Ensuite, double bed, and 2 huge windows facing the front of the property, so if you love a lot of natural light then this is the perfect option! This would be single occupancy only.

ROOM 6 – This room is located on the first floor and is the 2nd door just adjacent to 5 as you walk up the staircase. This room comes with a double bed, 32” smart TV, ensuite, extra storage drawers and again 2 huge windows overlooking the front of the property, and with the residential street it is lovely and peaceful!

ROOM 7 – This room is located on the first floor and is the 3rd door on the corridor. With loads of floor space and extra drawers, as well as the workstation area being in its own nook at the end of the bed, you will have very limited foot traffic. With 32” smart tv and double bed you can relax in peace, and with a gorgeous view of Swindon and Rectangular Ensuite you have plenty of space!

ROOM 8 – This room is locate don the 2nd floor of the property and is the first door on the right as you walk up the 2nd set of stairs. Facing the rear of the property and up high you get THE BEST view of Swindon, overlooking the tented market ! With Loft room Characteristics, you have more design elements with slanted ceiling and extra in eaves cupboard to provide even more storage!

ROOM 9 -This room is located at the top of the house, meaning it is the quietest and most private room of the house! You have your 32” smart TV to keep you up to date on your favourite shows, and LOADS of floor space between the bed and ensuite, not to mention the extra large built in wardrobe and again, the perfect storage cupboard in the eave!

KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!
This kitchen is shared between of the 9 tenants, but don’t you worry, we built the spaces with that in mind!
