Newly Furnished Double Bedroom and Bathroom

I am gauging interest in renting a spare room in my property, both the bedroom and bathroom have not been used during my ownership, both have benefited from being newly furnished as a spare/ guest room. Very quiet neighbourhood, broadband and bills included. I live a very quiet and peaceful life and wish a future tenant to embrace/ want the same. Brand new un-used mattress, brand new smart TV, curtains are new.
