STUDIO 1 – This studio is the first door on the right on the ground floor as you enter. This is a fully self-contained studio so no need to use the communal spaces! The Kitchenette is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, oven, 4-burner hob, toaster, kettle microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, plenty of cupboards/storage space and washer dryer. You have your own desk space next to your built in wardrobes and private ensuite. This would be single occupancy only.

ROOM 2 – Located on the ground floor in the far corner of the house. This is a large double room with extremely high ceilings to help give an airy feel, as well as having work desk, extra drawers, 2 storage bedside tables, 32” smart TV and Ensuite. This would be Single occupancy only.

ROOM 3 – This is located on the Ground floor also on the separate wing of the house, with high Ceilings again for that airy feel, 32” smart TV, desk, Dressing table, Ensuite and Double bed, this would be the Perfect room if you do prefer a quieter environment as you are off to side of the house. This would be Single occupancy only.

STUDIO 4 – This Studio is located on the first floor to the left of the stairs. This studio is spacious with a flat feel. You are fully self contained with a kitchenette consisting of integrated Washer/dryer, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, sink and plenty of cupboards/storage space! Just opposite your kitchen is a seating bench for somewhere to eat at. You also have a dressing room and table with your large wardrobes- the perfect place for getting ready! This Studio comes equipped with 32” Smart TV as well as an extra-large ensuite bathroom, our biggest shower tray and a light up mirror. This is the biggest studio in the house as it's over 24m2! This would be single occupancy or couples ONLY.

ROOM 5 – This room is located on the first floor of the house and is located on the right as soon as you walk up the staircase. This room comes furnished with 32” smart TV, Ensuite, double bed, and located on the top floor with a flat roof you would be in the quietest area of the house! This would be single occupancy only.

STUDIO 6 – This room is located on the first floor and is the 3rd door as you walk up the staircase. This room comes with a double bed, 32” smart TV, ensuite, extra storage drawers and 2 huge windows. This room is equipped with a mini kitchenette containing toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, plenty of cupboards/storage space and a washer dryer! With lots of cupboard space and a large work surface perfect for an Air Fryer!

STUDIO 7 – This room is located on the first floor and is the 4th door in the corner of the corridor. Your luxury navy bed is positioned perfectly in line with your 32” smart tv so you can relax in peace! Your desk is located at the end of your bed next to your kitchen. With loads of floor space and extra drawers, your kitchen is positioned with a huge window as a central point and you are fully self-contained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, oven, 4-burner hob, toaster, kettle microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, plenty of cupboards/storage space and washer dryer. In addition, you have a seating bench in the room perfect for eating your meals cooked in your kitchen! This room would be single occupancy or couples ONLY.

KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!
This kitchen is shared between of the 3 tenants which is an excellent ratio!

The design is stunning, with 2 ovens, 2 4-burner hobs, 1 microwaves, 1 sink,2 kettles, 2 2-slice toasters and 2 full height fridge freezers there is more than enough space for everyone!
