EVERY ROOM HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED WORKSTATION: all rooms come with a great sized and spacious desk with comfortable desk chair so that no matter if you Soley work from home, hybrid or just like to sit and relax whilst watching your laptop you have the perfect place to do so. Each desk comes with an ethernet point built in behind, as well as behind the smart TV too.

STUDIO 7 – This studio is located on the first floor of the property and is one of the only Fully Self-contained Studios in the house!

With your own kitchenette with all the appliances you could need, we have provided the perfect private and cosy space. With Full Height Fridge-Freezer (equivalent to one of our full fridge freezers in the communal area), washer/dryer, oven, 4 burner hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the kitchen space you could need, you can cook up as much of a storm as you wish!
All the units are integrated, with sleek grey and Black accents throughout, and with our signature Geometric tiling on the kitchen area floor, you get a nice modern twist! Beside the Full height fridge Freezer, we have included a set of bar stools too so you have an alternative place to dine!
With Plush Grey Carpeting throughout and the studio coming fully furnished, you don’t have to worry about anything. The bedroom comes with our classic Midnight navy upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress, so that we can ensure you have the best nights sleep, and the statement wood panelling behind not only helps give a modern feel but also acts as an extra bit of soundproofing too!
Beside the bed on your left-hand side you have your bedside table, equipped with extra storage drawer and touch sensitive lamp with extra USB charging ports. On the right hand side, you have a set of tall drawers, just to help you keep as organised as possible!
Opposite the end of the bed we have included our industrial style wooden desk, this is one of the larger sizes we provide so perfect for those working from home, and just above the desk rests your 32” smart TV on the swivel bracket so you can watch from anywhere in the studio!
SOOOO MUCH SPACE
The built in wardrobe must be the best part! With sliding mirrored doors, this opens up to double railings on one side, perfect for any hanging clothes, and Cubbyhole compartments on the left, we have tried to maximise the amount of storage and space!
There is even a void space at the top of the wardrobe stretching the whole height to the ceiling, perfect for larger boxes or a suitcase!
The Ensuite is GORGEOUS – with wood effect tiling behind the shower cubicle, black accents a warm colour scheme, you have plenty of space for all your needs!
You have your shower cubicle with black rainfall shower head and detachable hose, perfect for those annoying hair wash days, toilet and Vanity sink unit with extra storage. The LED light up mirror above the sink adds a little finishing touch too!

KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!
This kitchen is shared between of the 3 tenants which is an excellent ratio!

The design is stunning, with 2 ovens, 2 4-burner hobs, 1 microwaves, 1 sink,2 kettles, 2 2-slice toasters and 2 full height fridge freezers there is more than enough space for everyone! The Kitchen has gorgeous Parquet Wood flooring and Grey and Black accents throughout, making it not only pretty but easy to maintain too. All cupboards are labelled and allocated between the 3 rooms for ease of use!

The communal area has a 32” smart TV built into the wall just in front of the stunning bespoke Navy quilted seating bench and dining table, and with built in plug sockets, this area is not only the perfect place for movie night, but also a perfect alternative workspace if you want a change of scenery. You also have unlimited access to the 2 washing machines and 2 separate drying machines which is split between the 3 rooms in the house.

We have off street car parking spaces located out the rear of the property in our private car park.
