Spare loft room with lots of storage available

I am looking to let out my spare room again, there is a shared bathroom and lounge, all bills inc, mesh broadband and 1-2 spaces for off road parking, a bus stop 1 minute walk away, for each way

I have a good sized double room, with own TV, remote light and fan, for those warmer days, has blackout up/down blinds, comfortable bed with new mattress bought early this year. has not had much use as last lodger left early 2024. The room has a multifuntion desk, can be used for a pomputer with pull out keyboard table, or for personal care products, and also a share of an easy access loft space (walk in) that has extra hanging space and a chest of draws for excess clothing, and storage of larger items such as suitcases.

There is access to a low maintenance garden to sit in, a large living room with log fire in the winter, central heating throughout, a nice deep bath, walk in shower, and plenty of spare space for toiletries. the kitchen is shared, but will have own space for food , plus any other own stuff, I have a second fridge/freezer to make things easier, pending on lenth of stay.
I do not discriminate over race, religion, sex or sexual orientation, but will choose the person i think i will connect best with. I work at GWH so out a lot.
