Spare loft room with lots of storage available

I am looking to let out my spare room again. There is a shared bathroom and lounge, all bills included, mesh broadband, 1 off-road parking space, and a bus stop (number 5) 1 minute's walk away in each direction, and it's a 5-minute walk to the 15/16 bus stop.
I am looking for a housemate that is a working professional (no benefits, sorry), clean, tidy, and sociable.
I have a good-sized double room with own TV, remote light, and fan for those warmer days. It has blackout up/down blinds and a comfortable bed with a new mattress bought early this year. has not had much use, as the last lodger left early 2025.
The room has a multifunctional desk that can be used for a computer with a pull-out keyboard table or for personal care products, and also a share of an easy-access loft space (walk-in) that has extra hanging space and a chest of drawers for excess clothing and storage of larger items such as suitcases.
There is access to a low-maintenance garden to sit in, a large living room with a log fire in the winter, central heating throughout, a nice deep bath, a walk-in shower, and plenty of spare space for toiletries. The kitchen is shared, but you will have your own space for food, plus any other stuff of your own. You will also have your own fridge/freezer to make things easier.
You can use my crockery, cutlery, utensils, and pots and pans if needed. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer for those cold, wet days.
