Double room for rent

A bright and welcoming double bedroom is available in my home. The room comes furnished with a kingsize bed, plenty of space for storage, and is decorated in calm blue tones. Mon-fri let also available at a reduced fee.

The house itself has everything you need:
- Off-street parking
- Garden (great spot for coffee or a glass of wine in summer!)
-Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom
- Fast WiFi

You’ll also be sharing the space with Betty, my lovely 5-year-old dog.

The location is convenient for local shops, cafes, and public transport, so getting around is easy. It is a 20min walk from the station and 15min walk into the town centre and Old Town.

Looking for someone tidy and easygoing to join the house. Must like dogs!
