STUDIO 2 – This Studio is located on the ground floor and is the second door as you walk through the main Hallway. This is also the closest studio to the communal space. This studio is fully self-contained, with workstation area, built in mirrored sliding wardrobe with extra storage, 32” smart TV, and of course midnight navy bed with memory foam mattress, we can ensure you have the best nights sleep! This studio comes with full kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven, 4 burner hob, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and of course plenty of cupboard space! This studio also has the largest ensuite in the house!

STUDIO 3 – This studio is located on the first floor of the property and is the first door on the right as you walk up the stairs! This is the largest Studio we have on the books! With loads of floor space, full kitchen equipped with full height fridge/freezer, oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer and of course plenty of cupboard space you can cook up a storm! The bedroom is also separated by a partition wall, so this studio gives more of a flat feel! Not to mention your massive L shaped Navy sofa to match the navy bed in the next room and huge 55” smart TV in the lounge! And of course you have your very own private Ensuite!

STUDIO 4 – This studio is located on the 1st floor and is the first door on the left as you walk up the main hallway. This is the perfect studio for one person, with midnight navy double bed and memory foam mattress, workstation just under the 32” smart TV, big window for natural lighting, and washer/dryer built into the sliding mirrored wardrobe, you have plenty of floor space! The kitchen has all you could need, with under-counter fridge/freezer, oven, 2 burner hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave, and of course loads of cupboard space you have all you need here without needing to use any of the communal space.

STUDIO 5 – This studio is located on the first floor of the property and is the 2nd door as you follow on the left. This studio is again fully self-contained, with built in mirrored sliding door wardrobe with storage compartments one side and double railings in the other. The ensuite is bigger than studio 4 in these options but with the same amenities. As for kitchenette, you have undercounter fridge and freezer, oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, extractor fan, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space!

STUDIO 6 – This is located on the 2nd floor. And is the door on the right as you walk up the 2nd stairwell. This studio is a loft studio with characteristic loft ceilings, with midnight navy double bed as the centre piece, and 2 bedside tables with drawers either side, you don’t have to get up to turn off the lights! The ensuite is bigger in this loft studio in quadrat shape with all the same amenities. This studio also has its own kitchen, which is so handy when you have a few more stairs to go up! With undercounter fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 burner hob and plenty of cupboard space looking out with a massive window for natural light, you have everything you could need! STUDIO 7 – This studio is located one the 2nd floor and is the door on the left as you walk up the stairs. With characteristic loft ceilings and an extra deep built in mirrored wardrobe, you have plenty of space for all your items! You of course have our signature midnight navy bed with bedside tables either side and touch lamps, so you don’t have to get up to turn off the lights, and with this studio you even have a breakfast bar at the end of your bed! With Full kitchen consisting of under counter fridge/freezer, 4 burner hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washer/dryer, you have all you need to cook up a storm!

KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!
This kitchen is shared between of the 3 tenants which is an excellent ratio!

The design is stunning, with 2 ovens, 2 4-burner hobs, 1 microwave, 1 sink,2 kettles, 2 2-slice toasters and 2 full height fridge freezers there is more than enough space for everyone! The Kitchen has gorgeous Parquet Wood flooring and Grey and Black accents throughout, making it not only pretty but easy to maintain too. All cupboards are labelled and allocated between the 3 rooms for ease of use!

The communal area has a 32” smart TV built into the wall just in front of the stunning bespoke Navy quilted seating bench and dining table, and with built in plug sockets, this area is not only the perfect place for movie night, but also a perfect alternative workspace if you want a change of scenery. You also have unlimited access to the 2 washing machines and 2 separate drying machines which is split between the 3 rooms in the house.

We have off streetcar parking spaces located out the rear of the property in our private car park.
